The following will give some idea of the production and show requirements. This is not complete and will be discussed during contract negotations.

Acrobats of Hebei China will bring:

• Troupe of performers
• Costumes:  There are multiple costume changes in the show. Some are designed only for a quick change, so a quick change area is needed.
• Props: During the contortionist performance, lighted candles or Crystal glasses are used as part of the balancing routine.  If the use of these candles is an issue please discuss the alternatives with the show management.
• All Acrobatic props needed for the show: Large acrobatic props, such as Chinese Poles, are self contained and free standing.
• Customized music soundtrack
• Stage manager for troupe, he will be English speaking also the leader of the troupe speaks Chinese and English.

All equipment, costumes and props will arrive in a truck. The troupe will arrive in a 1-15 passenger Van or two smaller Van's. In the case that the troupe will arrive by plane, the truck will arrive at the venue early for set up. They should have pick up arranged by the venue from the airport and from the venue back to the airport after the performace.  In some cases, a motor home will be used to transport and house troupe.  In this case the venue should provide space for the motor home parking.

Venue should provide:

Dressing Rooms: Two large dressing rooms and one star dressing room.  These rooms must be adequately lighted and properly heated or cooled.  They should be near hot and cold running water and have easy access for toilet facilities.  Dressing rooms should be cleaned prior to the performers arrival.

Quick Change Areas:  In the event that the dressing rooms are too far from the stage, two quick change areas will be required backstage.  Each should contain a full length mirror, lights, table and chairs.  The technical director or leader of the troupe will advise if these are required.

Merchandise: The Acrobats of Hebei China may elect to sell merchandise at each performance. This will be negotaited.

Sound and Lighting: Venue will provide sound system and lighting system.  Also, a lighting technician/designer and sound engineer.

Other aspects of the production will be discussed between the client and management of the Acrobats of Hebei China.
